At the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, I represented business owners challenging the constitutionality of the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act on grounds that the Act was discriminatory and in violation of the Equal Protection Clause.  
At the United States Supreme Court, I authored a brief arguing that the Equal Protection Clause absolutely prohibits the government from engaging in racial discrimination.

At the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, I filed a lawsuit to help a client enforce her First Amendment freedom of speech rights. Ultimately, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit upheld the client’s rights and ruled that the statute was unconstitutional.
